Keats Camps is blessed to have people who come together to support our ministry.  We could not continue to operate without the prayers and the financial donations of many.

We have identified a very significant amount of needed renovation work to our camper cabins and staff housing.  The regular capacity of the camp was 210 campers, however this past summer we were able to accept no more than 99 campers each week.  As we plan for 2010 we know we need to refurbish 3 of our cluster cabins in order to regain 60 camper beds for next summer.  Donations of money, skilled labour, and specific materials would be gratefully accepted by the camp, and we will begin rebuilding the affected cabins as funding and donations allow.

Current operational needs

There are many costs associated with running a camp, and for us our island location - our greatest asset - also adds expenses because of transportation issues.  Keats Camps is in need of people who can donate financially to help cover our operating costs, especially in this year of rebuilding cabins.  We very much appreciate any donation to our Operations fund that you are able to make.  Thank you very much for considering Keats as an organization you might support.
