Want to go to Keats this summer for FREE?
 
$50 vouchers are available for each new camper registration posted on-line between May 9, 2010 and August 21, 2010 that identifies you as the already registered camper who referred them.
 
How the program works:
For each friend you refer that identifies you on their paid registration as the one referring them, both will receive a $50 voucher.  That is a $50 voucher for you and $50 voucher for the friend you referred.   We encourage you to talk with as many friends as you like – however, only one person can be identified on the new applicant registration as the person that referred them.  At the end of the summer, both you and your friend will receive a check in the amount of the submitted voucher(s), up to the full price of your camp (excluding HST).
 
Receiving and Cashing in your Voucher at the end of the summer...
·   You will receive hard copy, non-transferable, voucher(s) by
    mail within 30 days of the completion of the later of the
    camp dates.  
·   Review, sign and submit your voucher(s) to the address
    provided on the voucher.
·   Upon verification of eligibility, a cheque for the full amount of
    all voucher(s) submitted will be sent within 30 days of
    the postmarked date of the submitted signed voucher(s)
    redemption.

 
How to register as a Referred Camper:
1.  Go online to www.Keatscamps.com, then click on the
     Register Now button
2.  Fill out the on-line application for one of the camps
     eligible for the referral voucher (see eligibility for
     details).  In the section “Where did you find out about
     Keats Camps?”  Check the appropriate box type (friend),
     then enter the full name (first and last) of the person
     you identify as the person who referred  you to camp
     in the box next to “If other selected, please specify how
     you found us:”
3.  Make payment.

 
 
Definitions:
The “referring camper”.  Any camper who has registered, paid for and attends one of the published Keats Camps dates as a camper in the summer of 2010 and is registered before the referred camper.
The “referred camper”.  Any camper who registers after the date of the referring camper and identifies on the paid, completed application the name of the registered camper that referred them.

 
Eligibility Requirements:
·  Referred Camper must submit a new completed registration, received  by
   the Keats office between May 9, 2010 and August 21, 2010
·  Referred Camper must attend one of the following selected camps: 
   Senior High (grade 10-12)  July 6-12Jr. High (grade 8,9) July
   20-26
; mini-camp:  Buccies/Mariners (grade 3,4,5/6,7,8) Aug 3-6;
  
Mariners (grade 6,7,8) Aug 17 – 23; Jr. High (grade 8,9) Aug 24-30.
·  Both the Referred Camper and the Referring Camper must pay for and
   attend camp as a camper in summer 2010.
·  LEAD, Deckhand, Crew programs are not eligible
·  Referred Camper must identify the full name (first and last) of the
   Referring Camper on the registration form (see How to register
   section above)
·  Vouchers must be mailed and postmarked by November 1, 2010
·  This offer not available in combination with any other sponsorship or
   discount program in partnership with Keats Camps.
·  Vouchers are non-transferrable.  Voucher redemption payment to be
   made only to the person paying for the original camp registration.
