Position: Paid
Job Description: Responsible to organize and design daily craft projects for campers. Will engage and develop relationships with kids while they are participants in the craft program.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years old
- Experience with or knowledge of craft ideas
- Experience working with youth and children
Specific Responsibilities:
- Purchase and organize craft supplies
- Design a variety of craft ideas for campers
- Teach and develop craft program with campers
- Be developing relationships with campers while at crafts table
- Prepare and clean up crafts each day
- Lead craft activities in safe and organized manner
General Staffing Principles
All staff will actively pursue the ministry of the camp through the application of biblical principles in his/her leadership of and personal relationships with the staff and campers. Staff must be dedicated to showing humble servant attitudes through putting others ahead of themselves, looking for the betterment of the camp as a whole, and helping out not only in tasks, but also emotionally and spiritually in the unity of the staff team.
